1. RETURN AND REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Our company takes all the necessary steps to ensure that the order shipment contains the right products ordered by the customer and that the product shipped to the customer is fully functional and free of damage.
If you find that this is different from what you ordered or if you find a defect upon receipt of the product, you must notify us within 2 business days of receipt by contacting us on the CONTACT US page.
In case of incorrect execution of the order or defective product upon receipt the cost of return and shipping of the replacement is borne by our company and the customer is not charged.
2. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
In case the customer wishes to cancel his order, this should be done before shipment by our company. In case our company has shipped the order, the customer should follow the procedure of the right of withdrawal.
